1. Added "UnpairAll" option (used mainly with EVA and SpeakerNext)
  2. Added a new way to stop the VoiXtreme Engine if previously failed
  3. New better error messages with a dialog instead of Toast.
  4. Changed ping behaviour and Calibrate now exits with grace when the VoiXtreme-Engine is missing or failing
